Took a trip down to Stonehenge to check out the legend and the mystery. It was pretty cool!! Makes you wonder what went on here so many moons ago.
"God knows your value; He sees your potential. You may not understand everything you are going through right now. But hold your head up high, knowing that God is in control and he has a great plan and purpose for your life. He will never give up on you, so don’t give up on yourself." Joel Osteen
My husband, Chris, is the best thing that's ever happened to me. We've been married for three years and he still sweeps me off my feet. He's caring, smart and he loves to cook for me. He's a Godly person who loves me unconditionally and supports me without question. Our marriage is our greatest treasure however our inability to expand our family has become our biggest struggle. I want to make my husband a daddy and fulfill my deepest desire to become a mom. I truly believe God has already planned for that to happen. With a huge hole in our hearts, we'll turn to IVF late this year/early next year to help us achieve our dream. Everyone that knows Chris knows that what he does for our country is a complete sacrifice and incredibly honorable. He has just celebrated his 11year anniversary with U.S. Air Force, and I am proud to stand by his side and serve along with him. Together, Chris and I feel the fresh air of hope and peace in our lives and by creating our blog. This blog also offers possibilities for our friends and family to follow along with us on our journey to parenthood. It also offers knowledge and awareness to the community and an opportunity to 'meet up' with other families in our same situation. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and hopefully you'll feel inclined to share our story with others. We believe God has already started designing our child(ren). He already knows their name. We are grateful for all your prayers and thoughts of encouragement. We could not do this without you. Thank you.

My name is Chris and I'm married to the greatest and most beautiful wife a guy could ask for. I originally hail from northern Wisconsin so I guess you could call me a "cheesehead". I was raised by a wonderful father who is a pharmacist and mother who was/is an RN/homemaker. I have 2 sisters, one of which has three boys of her own. I couldn't have asked for a better childhood growing up.
I've had some ups and downs in life but I turned to the military for some direction. I joined the Air Force in 1999 and my first duty assignment was in Tucson, AZ. I loved Arizona!! The weather was fantastic and that's where I met Ali. I spent 8 wonderful years there, met some wonderful people and got to travel around the globe on various assignments and deployments. I got orders to England in 2008 and we have been here for over a year. Europe is fascinating because it's unlike life anywhere back in the states. It takes some getting used to but one of the reasons I joined the military was to "see the world". I love spending time with my wife, traveling, working out, gardening, and cooking.
Enjoy...Cheers!
Hi Y’all
My name is Ali as in Ali McGraw or Ali Lohan. I'm originally from Jamestown NY; I share my birthplace with a very funny comedienne: Lucille Ball (I Love Lucy). A lot of my family still lives in Jamestown and I visit often. I loved growing up in a small town. I especially love summertime visits with Mom in Jamestown because of our beautiful Chautauqua Lake, the delicious smell of apple pie at the Busti Apple Festival and the local Westfield Craft Fair. I moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1996 and miss it there terribly. Tucson will always hold a special place in heart because that is where I met Chris and we were married. Chris and I moved to England in 2008 and have been living here ever since. I love it here very much and have met some very wonderful people here. We rent a small quaint bungalow in Newmarket, Suffolk a historic center of British world famous horse racing. I love dates with my husband, time spent with friends, singing hymns in church, and crafting. My strong desire is to become a mom and complete my family.
cooking and baking with Chris, preparing for Sunday Mass, singing praises to God, our dear families, the sunlight shining through our big window filling our house with warmth, our little rented bungalow, the retro color green of the desert after a rain, my husband’s freshly shaven face, the joy of crafting and the blogging on the internet, a clean house, fresh sheets, a hot latte with whip cream in the a.m., our simple yet gourmet dinners (yum), time spent with close friends, days with nothing on the agenda, sweet cream ice cream at Coldstone Creamery, sleeping in on cold windy days, sand on a beach between my toes, my job, dancing with my husband cheek to cheek
